Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account restrictions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password. qk98 will never request your password through any communication channel. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party, including family members or friends.
You must notify qk98 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any suspected compromise of your login details. qk98 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, or from any unauthorised access that could have been prevented by prompt reporting.
All deposits must be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or in any other currency accepted by the Platform at the time of the transaction. Account balances are displayed in PKR for the convenience of Pakistani players. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and may be amended from time to time.

All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and funds being returned to the source account where technically possible.
Withdrawals may only be processed to an account held in the same name as the registered qk98 Account. Identity verification (KYC) is a mandatory requirement before any withdrawal can be processed. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover requirement) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion's terms. As an illustrative example: a Bonus Fund of PKR 1,000 with a 20x wagering requirement requires a total of PKR 20,000 to be wagered before withdrawal eligibility is established.
While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, a maximum single-wager limit applies per individual bet, spin or round. Placing bets that exceed the applicable maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings. The applicable maximum bet limit will be stated in each individual promotion's terms.
Different game categories contribute at different rates toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute at a higher rate; table games, live casino games and certain speciality formats may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. All bets placed on qk98 are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each market and game type. Bets are final once confirmed. qk98 reserves the right to void bets where: (a) they have been placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical or human error; (b) the outcome has already been determined at the time of placement; (c) the event is cancelled, abandoned or significantly altered; or (d) fraudulent or match-manipulation activity is suspected.
In-play betting markets on cricket, PSL, T20I, ICC events, football, UFC and other sports are subject to their own event-specific rules regarding settlement. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, qk98's decision — made in good faith using available officiating and statistical sources — shall be final.
